The builder runs in your browser, so what you type isn't sent to our servers. For convenience we keep a short history of your recent prompts on your device (about 30 days) — you can turn it off anytime with the "Save on this device" toggle.

    
How much does the AI refine cost?
The prompt builder is free. AI refine credits are a one-time $10 for 100 refines — no subscription. You only buy more if you run out.

    
What is "Add a pinch more"?
It's the optional AI refine. It takes the prompt you built and polishes it into a sharper, clearer version using AI. Each refine uses one credit.

    
Do I need an account or password?
No. There's no signup. When you buy refines you get an access code that holds your balance — no email or password needed to use the tool.

    
Can I use my refines on another device?
Yes. On the other device, open the refine panel, choose "Already have a code?", and paste your access code to load your balance.

    
I lost my access code — what now?
Your code is emailed to you right after purchase, so check your inbox and spam. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help.

    
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused refines are refundable within 14 days, and we'll always make it right if something went wrong. See our Refund Policy.
