We want you to be happy with CookMyPrompt. Refine credits are digital goods delivered instantly, but we keep our refund policy simple and fair.
If something went wrong — you were charged twice, your credits didn't arrive, or the Service failed on our end — email us and we'll issue a full refund, no hassle.
If you change your mind, you can request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us with your access code or Stripe receipt and we'll refund the unused balance.
If you've used some of a pack, reach out — we'll refund the unused portion at our discretion.
Email support@cookmyprompt.com with your Stripe receipt or access code. We aim to respond within a couple of business days. If you have an issue, please contact us before filing a chargeback — we're quick to help and it saves everyone time.
