These Terms govern your use of CookMyPrompt (the "Service") at cookmyprompt.com, operated by Hand Coded Web LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
CookMyPrompt helps you turn a plain-language idea into a structured AI prompt. The prompt builder is free and runs in your browser. The optional "Add a pinch more" feature uses AI to refine your prompt and is paid for with refine credits.
Refine credits are a one-time purchase of digital goods. When you buy a pack, you receive an access code that carries your credit balance; each AI refine uses one credit. Keep your code safe — it's how you reach your credits. We may change pack sizes or pricing for future purchases, but that won't affect credits you've already bought. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Please don't use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; to break, overload, or probe the Service or its security; or to resell or redistribute access. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
Prompts and refinements are generated by AI and provided "as is." AI can make mistakes or produce inaccurate results. You're responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them. We don't claim ownership of the prompts you create.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hand Coded Web LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
